We are bringing out a special magazine on food titled Flavours and we would love you (Michael Ruhlman) to be a big part of it. We would like you to  talk of your new book, The Elements of Cooking, plus answer some questions on food, lifestyle, yourself, etc. We propose this to be a major article in Flavours and it would delight our readership which is a multiethnic mix of over 140 nationalities.

Since you have been called one of the best  translators of the chef&#039;s craft to home cooks, we cannot think of a better person to be  the anchor personality of this magazine. BTW, Flavours is a quarterly issued along with Friday, the region&#039;s highest selling English weekly. lifestyle magazine.
